  16. Line 1 - Header (DON'T MODIFY!)
  17. Line 2 - Location of PCBTEST.BAT (usially PCBoard system directory)
  18. Line 3 - Location of PK[UN]ZIP.EXE
  19. Line 4 - Enable or disable log (Y/N)
  20. Line 5 - Extensions of unwanted archive types ("." - delimiter)
  21. Line 6 - Action if user uploaded file with extension, defined in Line 5 or if
  22.          uploaded file too old:
  23.          N - No action
  24.          H - Disconnect 
  25.          K - Kill the bastard! (delete from userlist)
  26.          D - Decrease his access level
  27. Line 7 - How many access will be subtracted (if Line 6 set to "D")
  28. Line 8 - Location/name of ZIP comment, or N for none
  29. Line 9 - Location/name of file, contents of which will be added to existing
  30.          FILE_ID.DIZ in archive, or N for none
  31. Line 10 -Location(s)/name(s) of your BBS Ad(s), or N for none
  32. Line 11 -Lowest allowed date of uploads (MM-DD-YY), or highest number of days
  33.          (allow ... - days wares).
  34. Line 12 -Location/name of file which contains unwanted words in FILE_ID.DIZ
  35.          (lines in FILE_ID.DIZ which contain these words will be deleted),
  36.          N to disable this action.
