  5. CAPLink has been relaying since October 1992 and we will be around
  6. for a long time.  Other networks advertise that they are different;
  7. however, CAPLink shows your users that it is different.  We have a
  8. fully public NetAdmin conference, give the user and the sysop the
  9. ability to express their opinions and suggestions for the network. 
  10. With our administration setup there is no red tape or committees,
  11. issues are resolved faster this way.  Problem users are dealt with
  12. much more quickly, so our friendly environment is maintained.  We
  13. firmly believe in respect and we don't permit profanity or flaming
  14. in any of our conferences.  If your users would like to exchange

  17. CAPLink currently allows the exchange of mail through QWK and FTS
  18. (Fido Technology Standard).  This allows this network to be a very
  19. versatile network.
