  3. You are encouraged to register this program.
  4.  
  5. 1. As shareware, it is given to you for the purpose of allowing
  6.    you to try it out to see if you will find it useful. If it is not 
  7.    something you are going to find much use for, it doesn't cost 
  8.    you anything. But if you continue to use the program, you are 
  9.    violating the agreement.

  11. 2. If you register, you get a validation key number to enter, which 
  12.    completes the registration of the program. After registration, you
  13.    will notice that the startup message says "REGISTERED Owner:"
  14.    followed by your name if you so choose.
  15.  
  16. 3. Your registration also provides me with an incentive to write
  17.    more useful programs to improve your productivity.
  18.  
  19. 4. Support is provided to registered users either online using
  20.    The Internet, DELPHI, or via US mail. My current addresses
  21.    are given in each program's help screen. To see the help screen,
  22.    type the program name at the DOS prompt, followed by the letter h.
  23.  
  24. 5. Periodic notice of significant upgrades will be sent to each
  25.    registered user.
  26.  
  27. 6. Some of my earlier programs were distributed with a "Counted Use" 
  28.    registration incentive. The 2nd line of the startup message
  29.    will say "UNREGISTERED Evaluation Copy.  Counted Use." This
  30.    message may not be visible until after the program has run.
  31.    This means that after some preset number of uses, typically
  32.    20 to 40, the program will stop working. The evaluation time
  33.    is up. If the words "Counted Use" do not appear, you will be
  34.    reminded about every 10 times that this is shareware, and
  35.    registration is expected.

  37. 7. Upgrade policy: If you obtain an upgraded version of any software
  38.    title listed on the registration form, which you have previously
  39.    registered, you can obtain the validation key number for the new 
  40.    version for the minimum flat fee of $5.00. See REG.FRM.

  42. By entering your validation number, you convert the program to
  43. a registered program. This is done by using one of the "Help"
  44. screens. You select "R: Register by entering Validation number"
  45. from the menu. If the number is correct, you will be asked to
  46. enter your name which will display each time the program runs.
  47.   
  48. If for any reason, you get error messages about reading or writing
  49. the .CFG file, it may be that the file is write protected, or
  50. may have been damaged. It is safe for you to delete the .CFG file,
  51. which is in the same directory as the .EXE file. The next time
  52. the program is run it will create a new .CFG file. You may then
  53. re-enter the validation number as described above.

  64. If you order a disk from me, and it arrives damaged, it will be 
  65. replaced at my expense if you notify me within 10 days of receipt.

  68. including but not limited to damage to hardware and/or software from
  69. the use of this product. Under no circumstances will I be liable for
  70. any damages,lost profits or incidental or consequential damages
  71. arising from your use or inability to use the program.
