  10. This is a small update to either version 1.0 or 1.1 of Stratego.  It "patches"
  11. the archive upto version 1.2.

  16. 1.2: Found out that some distributions of 3.0 apparently shipped with a 38.xxx
  17.      version of locale.library.  Dropped minimum version of required
  18.      locale.library to 38+.
