  7. Hello to all OS/2-users:
  8.  
  9. PMxEyes, a PM Program displaying eyes following
  10. your mousepointer everywhere, was inspired by 
  11. XEYES on Unix Systems, (to prove that OS/2 is 
  12. of equal ability!) and also by the eyes of a beautiful
  13. young lady named Birgit. Yeah, they inspire  
  14. your dreams.
  15.  
  16. Install:
  17. There's no install required, just let it run. To remember
  18. setting-parameters, it installs a file called PMEYES.INI
  19. by itself, (I've not put these data in the OS2.INI 'cause I
  20. hate programs writing their data uncontroled just for
  21. a single run in the OS2.INI-file). 
  22.  
  23. Functions:
  24. There are menu-controled dialog-boxes, these are:
  25.  
  26. - About PMxEyes:        Informations about the author
  27.  
  28. - Additional Notations:  greetings and notations from the author.
  29.                           To display this box, press [ALT] and O
  30.                           or click the [MORE...] button in the About
  31.                           Box.
  32.  
  33. - Colors & Size:         Here you can change the size of the
  34.                           eyeframe and the eyepupil. This can
  35.                           be achieved by moving the two
  36.                           sliders in the 'Eyes - Size' box.
  37.                           Notify, that 0 stands for the center point 
  38.                           of every eye and 100 for the outer frame.
  39.                           Just try it...
  40.                           Here you can also change the colors of
  41.                           backround, frames, centers and pupils.
  42.                           Colors are choosen by their red, green
  43.                           and blue parts which can be controlled 
  44.                           by the three sliders in the 'Eyes - Color'
  45.                           box. The current color is displayed in the
  46.                           right colored box.
  47.                           Also just try it.
  48.  
  49. The other menu - entries are:
  50.  
  51. - Hide Frame/
  52.   Show Frame:           Hides or shows the window controls.
  53.                           This can also be achieved by clicking twice
  54.                           with the left mouse button on the eyes 
  55.                           or by pressing [ALT] and F.
  56.  
  57. - Save Settings:         Save the current parameters (window 
  58.                            position and size, eye parameters).
  59.                            This can be achieved by pressing
  60.                            [ALT] and V.
  61.  
  62. - Exit:                   Quit to OS/2.
  63.                           [ALT] and X also works.
  64.  
  65. By holding the left mouse button down the window can be moved.
  66.  
  67. If the window is in 'Hide Frame' mode (without frame controls),
  68. a PopUp-menu can be activated by pressing the right mouse button
  69. while pointing on the eyes. This can also be achieved by pressing
  70. [ALT] and M.
  71.  
  72. That's all by now, but I have still a few ideas to build in.
  73. Also iconic eyes will be added.

  75. About OS/2 programing:

  77. The eyes move simply by the great OS/2 multitasking, there are no
  78. synchro or priority procedures needed.
