  18. Do you keep your document files in more than one directory? 
  19. The more directories you have, the more bothersome opening files 
  20. can become. To open or save a document you'll have to click and 
  21. click through sub-directory after sub-directory to get to the 
  22. directory you want.

  25. to eight characters. And WinWord doesn't automatically display 
  26. more than one level of sub-directories in its File Open dialog.
