  1. DropUser v1.30 - For use on any BBS. Will
  2. drop the DTR, raise it, and proceed to take
  3. the phone off-hook. Useful for events and
  4. GTLOGOFF.BAT file (or comparable file on
  5. other BBS's). Helps reduce the unanswered
  6. rings on BBS's that do not pick up the phone
  7. before logoff maintenance.  Allows IRQ, I/O
  8. base and port definition.  v1.30 adds new
  9. timing routines to ensure *all* modems
  10. properly go off hook--HAYES OPTIMA 288 et al.
