The Eagle Transporter Model - By Heinz Schuller
Created April, 1993
Freely Distributable - Use it as you wish, hack it to pieces, I don't care.
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
This file contains important information about the model and related info.
Rendering this model requires the following:
Vivid 2.0, alpha 19 version or
Vivid 3.0 (arriving imminently?)
6 megabytes free memory
With some hacking, you should be able to render this with previous versions,
I think most of the alpha 19 specific stuff is in the textures file where I
use a transformed bump map.
** NOTICE **
This archive should contain three files:
README.TXT - This file you're reading
MODEL.ZIP - The Eagle Transporter Vivid Model
EAGLE1.V - Sample scene file to render model
The file MODEL.ZIP contains:
EAGLE.VO - Top level file, include this in your scene
and make sure the rest of the files are in
the same directory
XXXXX.VO - There are 33 .VO files with the model including
the EAGLE.VO file. They contain the various parts
of the model.
XXXXX.IMG - There are two IMG files (bump and texture map)
HSCOLOR.VC - Vivid colors file
HSTEXTUR.VS - Textures file
If all of these files are *not* present when you go to render, the model
will not render properly.
The model has the following extents:
X -71 to 71
Y -28.5 to 28.5
Z -16.2 to 9.4
So keep this in mind and scale according to your needs.

Have fun. It took over 60 hours of drafting and coordinate plotting to make
this model a reality, it was truly a labor of love. If I wasn't such a
science fiction nut I wouldn't have gone to the trouble.
