  18.                   TRIAL USE (SHAREWARE EVALUATION VERSION) WARRANTY:

  20.           The Shareware evaluation (trial use) version is provided AS IS.
  21.           The Software Division MAKES NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESSED OR
  22.           IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTIES OF
  23.           MERCHANTABILITY AND/OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

  26.                           REGISTERED VERSION ONLY WARRANTY:

  28.           The Software Division warrants the physical diskette(s) provided
  29.           with registered versions to be free of defects in materials and
  30.           workmanship for a period of sixty days from the date of
  31.           registration.  If The Software Division receives notification
  32.           within the warranty period of defects in materials or
  33.           workmanship, and such notification is determined by The Software
  34.           Division to be correct, The Software Division will replace the
  35.           defective diskette(s).

  37.           The entire and exclusive liability and remedy for breach of this
  38.           Limited Warranty shall be limited to replacement of defective
  39.           diskette(s) and shall not include or extend to any claim for or
  40.           right to recover any other damages, including but not limited to,
  41.           loss of profit, data, or use of the software, or special,
  42.           incidental, or consequential damages or other similar  claims,
  43.           even if The Software Division has been specifically advised of
  44.           the possibility of such damages.  In no event will The Software
  45.           Division's liability for any damages to you or any other person
  46.           ever exceed the lower of suggested list price or actual price
  47.           paid for the license to use the software, regardless of any form
  48.           of the claim.

  50.           The Software Division SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER
  51.           WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY
