  11.                           REGISTRATION/ORDERING INFORMATION

  13.           Registering users will receive the SIO Technical Reference Manual
  14.           with their registered version of SIO.  The Technical Reference
  15.           Manual is available only to registered SIO users.
  16.  
  17.           A SIO/VSIO/VX00 registration licenses you to use the product on a
  18.           regular basis.  Individual users need register only one copy of
  19.           SIO/VSIO/VX00 for personal use;  registration includes licensed
  20.           use of all upgrades to the major version number registered.  When
  21.           the major version number changes, say from 1.55 to 2.00, you must
  22.           re-register (pay up again).  Upgrades are NOT automatically sent
  23.           to registered users.  See LICENSE.TXT for additional information.

  25.           The registration fee covers only the use of the program.
  26.  
  27.           Please use the registration form (below) to send in your
  28.           registration fee.

  32.                            Corporate and Quantity Purchases
  33.  
  34.           All corporate, business, government or other commercial users of
  35.           SIO/VSIO/VX00 must be registered.  We offer quantity discounts
  36.           starting at the eleventh copy.  Corporate or site licensing is
  37.           also available.
  38.  
  39.           Licensing agreements allow duplication and distribution of
  40.           specific numbers of copies within the licensed institution. 
  41.           Duplication of multiple copies is not allowed except through
  42.           execution of a licensing agreement.

  44.           The quantity discounts are as follows:

  46.                00 - 10 copies:     no discount 
  47.                11 - 25 copies:     15% discount 
  48.                26 - 50 copies:     20% discount 
  49.                51 - 100 copies:    25% discount 
  50.                101+ copies:        30% discount

  52.           ALL PRICES AND DISCOUNTS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. 
  53.           Discounts are not cumulative; they apply to single orders of like
  54.           products only. Unit prices are the same as for individual users.
