  1. This is a note.  A note is any text you wish to attach to a project, 
  2. phase, or resource.  Notes can be used for any purpose.  Some examples
  3. are: elaborating on work to be performed; recording project meeting minutes;
  4. documenting project progress or reasons for slippage; documenting planning
  5. assumptions, etc.
  6. Phases can have notes attached to them as well.
