  18.  The Pasco BBS Magazine is an electronic magazine which is distributed free
  19.  every month.  Having Distribution Sites gives an added flavor to the
  20.  magazine, as many times articles will be written on unique features a
  21.  Distribution Site has to offer.  The sites also help with exposure, as not
  22.  everyone calls around to a lot of long-distance bulletins boards.  It is not
  23.  a bad deal for the Distribution Sites, as these boards will probably get a
  24.  few more calls, get free ads in the magazine and some extra publicity.

  26.  It was originally intended for each Distribution Site to receive a free ad
  27.  in every issue, but unfortunately there can only be a limited number of ads
  28.  in each issue.  As more Distribution Sites are named, the frequency of ads
  29.  will have to be reduced.  Distribution Sites will always receive an ad the
  30.  month they are named, but after that, there is no guarantee space will allow
  31.  an ad every month.  Remember, a complete list of the Distribution Sites will
  32.  always run at the beginning of every issue and each month all sites, which
  33.  submit one, will have an ad in the BBS Log.  Advertising space is limited,
  34.  so the editor makes all determinations on which ads will run.  Ads should be
  35.  forwarded to the Board of Trade BBS.  It is preferred that ads for the
  36.  magazine not exceed 23 lines.  The Pasco BBS Magazine cannot be held
  37.  responsible for information contained within ads.  All ads remain the
  38.  property of their owners.

  40.  The Distribution Sites are granted an area exclusively, which is normally
  41.  meant to imply a city.  It is difficult to guarantee that two sites could
  42.  not fall within the same calling area, as local calling areas vary widely
  43.  across the country.

  45.  The editor will attempt to upload the magazine to the Distribution Sites, so
  46.  these boards will be the first to receive every issues.  Sometimes it may be
  47.  better to call the Board of Trade BBS, especially if your board is "busy"
  48.  and as the number of Distribution Sites increases.

  78.  It is possible, only with the consent of the editor, that one of the first
  79.  four conditions may be waived (with the obvious exception of engaging in
  80.  illegal activity).  Special consideration may also be given on ads.  It is
  81.  the objective to have a stable list of Distribution Sites, but sometimes
  82.  things change.  The Pasco BBS Magazine is not responsible for the activities
  83.  of the Distribution Sites.

  85.  How to become a Pasco BBS Magazine Distribution Site

  88.  Sysops interested in becoming a Pasco BBS Magazine Distribution Site
  89.  please fill out the Pasco BBS Magazine Distribution Site Questionnaire on
  90.  the Board of Trade BBS.  Take the time to fill out all the questions, as the
  91.  information will be used in the BBS Log to be included within the magazine's
  92.  archive.  The BBS Log is designed to give added publicity to boards which
  93.  choose to be Distribution Sites.  You will be notified of your acceptance by
  94.  message on the board, normally within 24 hours.  Make sure you have all
  95.  issues of the magazine, along with all other files in the Pasco BBS Magazine
  96.  File Directory on the Board of Trade BBS.
