  19.         REND is a program for the IBM PC which allows PAF data to be
  20.         split, creating a subset of the original data in a new directory. 
  21.         The original data is not altered.  The functions of the program
  22.         are essentially three:
  23.         1.  Make a subset of the PAF data
  24.         2.  Allow for altering "names" for the new data (i.e. make the
  25.             first letter a capital, etc.)
  26.         3.  List all RINs and MRINs where a "name" is referenced.
