  19.         When PAF version 2.1 was released it required that you have an "!"
  20.         before each Family Group Entry in the NOTES data file.  In the
  21.         past, you had the option to  use any character you desired, but
  22.         this change was made to standardize this character to facilitate
  23.         sharing of information with others with the use of GIE.

  25.         This little utility will allow you to change all occurances of one
  26.         character with another in any desired data file.  This should
  27.         eliminate the need to manually change all of your existing NOTES
  28.         entries.

  30.         PAFRepl was written in QuickBasic 4.0 with some additonal help
  31.         from Tom Hanlin's AdvBas routines.  Source code is available on
