  13.                       Peanut Butter Crust:                              
  14.        1 1/2    cup   Flour                                             
  15.        1/2      Tbsp  Salt                                              
  16.        1/3      cup   Shortening                                        
  17.        1/3      cup   Peanut butter                                     
  18.        3        Tbsp  Water                                             
  19.                       Filling:                                          
  20.        1 1/2    cup   Brown sugar                                       
  21.        4        Tbsp  Flour                                             
  22.        2        Tbsp  Cornstarch                                        
  23.        3        Tbsp  Butter                                            
  24.        2        cup   Water - boiling                                   
  25.        3        ea    Egg yolks                                         
  26.        1/4      tsp   Salt                                              
  27.        1        tsp   Vanilla

  29.     DIRECTIONS  ------------------------------------------------------------

  31.     Crust:                                                                
  32.     Mix with two knives or pastry blender and add water. Use plenty of    
  33.     flour on board to roll crust. Line pie pan and bake at 450 F. for 15  
  34.     minutes. Fill with the following:                                     
  35.     Filling:                                                              
  36.     Mix sugar, flour and butter. Pour water into mixture slowly. Cook     
  37.     slowly until thick, add egg yolks, vanilla and cook two or three      
  38.     minutes longer. Cool. Pour into baked crust.
