INGREDIENTS ------------------------------------------------------------
1 Tbsp Gelatine
1/3 cup Water
4 ea Egg yolks
1 cup Sugar
3 Tbsp Lemon juice
4 ea Egg whites - beaten stiff
DIRECTIONS ------------------------------------------------------------
Soak gelatine in water. Cook egg yolks, 1/2 c. sugar and lemon juice
in double boiler until thick. Add gelatine mixture and beat well, add
1/2 c. sugar to stiffly beaten egg whites, combine with first mixture.
Put in baked shell and chill. May be served with whipped cream.
