INGREDIENTS ------------------------------------------------------------
2 cup Graham cracker crumbs
3/4 cup Butter - melted
2 Tbsp Sugar
Filling:
1 1/4 lb Cottage cheese
4 Tbsp Butter - melted
4 Tbsp Sugar
1/4 tsp Salt
2 ea Egg yolks
1/2 cup Nuts - chopped
1/2 cup Raisins - chopped
1 tsp Lemon juice
1 Tbsp Flour
DIRECTIONS ------------------------------------------------------------
Crust:
Roll crackers to make fine crumbs. Add butter and sugar, mix well.
Line pan with crumbs and press them firmly along sides and bottom of
pan.
Filling:
Combine ingredients in order given. Mix thoroughly and pour into
crumb-lined pie pan. Bake in moderate oven 350 F. for about 30 minutes
or until filling is firm.
