INGREDIENTS ------------------------------------------------------------
1 qt Milk
1 cup Sugar
4 Tbsp Cornstarch
Whipping cream
DIRECTIONS ------------------------------------------------------------
Pour scalded milk over sugar and cornstarch, cook in double boiler
until it thickens. To 1 c. cream, whipped, add 2 c. of the above basic
recipe and flavor. Pour into trays and freeze. I mix this on electric
mixer. If you care to, after mixer has chilled, remove to mixer and
beat, then put back into trays and freeze.
