INGREDIENTS ------------------------------------------------------------
1/2 cup Butter - creamed
2 Tbsp Sugar
1 cup Milk - sweet (1/2 c. cream is better)
1 ea Egg - unbeaten
2 tsp Baking powder
1 cup Raisins - or currants
1 1/3 cup Flour
DIRECTIONS ------------------------------------------------------------
This should make batter a little thicker than ordinary cake batter.
Make in muffin tins.
Note: Time and temperature not given. Assume hot 400 - 450 F. oven at
about 25 minutes.
