INGREDIENTS ------------------------------------------------------------
2 Tbsp Shortening
2 Tbsp Citron
10 ea Prunes - large - covered w/water/soaked over night
2 1/2 cup Flour - white
3/4 cup Brown sugar
1 tsp Salt
2 1/2 tsp Baking powder
DIRECTIONS ------------------------------------------------------------
Add enough milk to prune water to make 1 1/2 cups. Bake 1 hour at 350
F.
Note: I assume prunes are chopped and remaining ingredients combined.
