IMPORTANT NOTICE: The default assembly options have changed, better reflecting
the overwhelming majority of users. You will need to reassemble before using
if ANY of the following are true for your system:
1. An MDA (Monochrome or Hercules type) or EGA display.
2. An 84 key (10 function key) keyboard, as opposed to the 101+ key keyboard.
3. An 8088/6 processor, such as in the original IBM PC or Compac Deskpro.
4. Using the Japanese DOS/V operating system.
5. You wish to use the ANSI keyboard redefinition functions.
6. Your application requires writing to the display through the BIOS only.
You may want to reassemble if you are not using DESQVIEW, are using a DOS
version prior to 4.0, or have an enhanced (Super-VGA, for instance) display
card and wish to use the high density text modes.
Borland Turbo Assembler is recommended for assembly.
