  4. and management software.  This program offers 3 modes of optical
  5. character recognition (OCR), including a mode that reads only the
  6. fields in a scanned document that you specify with the cursor.  It
  7. also has full text indexing and searching capabilities and a
  8. transfer function that lets you move data and objects to ODBC
  9. (Open Database Connectivity) databases.

  11. The product's Removable Media Mapper tracks the physical location
  12. of data on any type of removable media, and the Jukebox Platter
  13. Mapper organizes optical cartridge sides into one volume and
  14. eliminates fragmentation.

  16. A multiuser version comes with WordFast software, which uses a
  17. database metaphor rather than an E-mail metaphor for document
  18. routing and workflow management.
