  7.     Access Software, keeping with its promise to release several new
  8.     golf course this year, has released two new Super VGA golf course
  9.     Pinehurst is a upgrade of an earlier release. However, the new
  10.     version, as with the other Super VGA releases, incorporates the
  11.     newest Kodak CD technology, to make you feel like you actually are
  12.     on the course.

  14.     Pinehurst Resort and Country Club is recognized as one of the finest
  15.     golf resorts in the world. Designed by Donald Ross, Pinehurst Number
  16.     Two, nestled in a North Carolina forest, was chosen as a Links
  17.     Championship Course due to its spectacular layout. Travel the
  18.     rolling terrain, tree lined fairways and undulating greens, as you
  19.     play a round of golf.

  21.     Banff Springs, the first international course from Access, comes to
  22.     you from Alberta, Canada. Originally built by the Canadian Pacific
  23.     Railway Company in 1911, the course was redesigned by Stanley
  24.     Thompson in 1928.

  26.     This course is over a mile high, and nestled in the Rockies offers
  27.     almost indescribable beauty. As you travel the course the Rockies
  28.     form a breathtaking backdrop. You can only play the course from May
  29.     1-October 15, but, as a Links Championship Course, you can play it
  30.     year round.

  32.     Banff Springs most famous hole is "The Devil's Cauldron" (see
  33.     graphic), a magnificient par 3 played from a tee perched high above
  34.     a tiny emerald lake.

  36.     Owners of the previous version of Pinehurst, should receive upgrade
  37.     information in the mail. Each course is sold separately, and all
  38.     course will work with Links, Links 386 Pro and Microsoft Golf. They
  39.     support Real Sound and all major sound boards, and require less than
  40.     3MB hard disk sapce per course.

  42.     I have been pleased with all the course from Access. The graphics
  43.     from the newer courses make them well worth the price. I would like
  44.     to see a CD-ROM based version of Links with several course included.
  45.     Maybe all of them.
