I didn't think it was very hot at all.

I love barbecue, and this ranked with the best that Louisville, Kansas
City and St. Louis have to offer. Incredible stuff. I could eat it
till i burst. The smoked ham with string beans, btw, had a much deeper
and more subtle sauce than the older smoked ham dish. Next time I will
have to try the smoked duck...and a plate or two of the smoked ham, of
course.
