Really good tortillas. But Guadalajara Grill in Old Town has even better
food--try their cochinita pibil or arroz cabezon and make sure to ask for
some HANDMADE TORTILLAS.

On old Pacific coast highway. Lots of stop signs, medium quality italian
food, great view. If you eat there, stop at the Gelato place in the same
complex for dessert. You might also find the gourmet grocery store
intriguing/too funny for words depending on your perspectives.

Um. this is actually in University City. La Jolla ends at the freeway :)
Look for the Golden Triangle Hyatt hotel (the "Aventine" complex) and you'll
find this restaurant along with Barcino, PJ Wolf's, Paparazzi, etc...
