  4. as part of the APPT Appointment Minder package.  You are, however, free to 
  5. distribute the free utilities as individual .ZIP files.

  10.                 SETERROR is a batch file utility that allows a batch file
  11.                 programmer to set the DOS errorlevel to that specified as a
  12.                 command-line argument.

  17.                 ALLBUT is a file-deletion utility that deletes all files
  18.                 within the present subdirectory EXCEPT those specified as
  19.                 a command-line argument.

  24.                 HOLDTIME is a batch file utility that allows a batch file
