  README & SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT
             SHAREWARE EDITION

Dream Scope is a true kaleidoscope
screen saver for Windows95. Kaleidoscope
images come to life with true geometric
patterns and endless colors. All
available settings are enabled. Requires
Windows95 and 256+ colors.


General:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
You acknowledge that you have read this
agreement, understand it, and that by
opening or using this software you agree
to be bound by these terms and
conditions. You further agree that this
is the complete and exclusive statement
of the agreement between you and Deep
Sea Software, which supersedes any
proposal or prior agreement. All rights
in the software not specifically granted
in this Agreement are reserved by Deep
Sea Software. If you have any questions
about this agreement, contact DEEP SEA
SOFTWARE in writing.

Registration:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
$19.95 + shipping/handling brings the
Dream Scope screen saver without the
'Unregistered' nag label in the upper
left hand corner of the screen.

Print and mail the file order.wri
included in the directory \Dream Scope
for easy ordering of the registered
version.

Installation:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Unzip DRMSCOPE.ZIP to a temporary
directory, then run SETUP.EXE
Follow the on-screen prompts. Refer to
the install.log in the directory
\Dream Scope for a list of files copied
to your computer.


Configuring Screen Saver:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
(Windows 95)
Select Settings/Conrol Panel/Display
from the START menu, or Right-click the
desktop to bring up the 'Display
Properties' dialog. Click the 'Screen
Saver' tab. Select Dream Scope from the
drop down list of screen savers. Click
'Settings...' to setup, and Preview to
test it.


Removing Dream Scope:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
To remove Dream Scope from your system,
delete the directory \DREAM SCOPE and
the file DREAM SCOPE.SCR from the
\Windows directory.

BY USING THIS SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO
THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

This version of Dream Scope is
shareware. You are granted a license to
use Dream Scope for a period of up to
30 days. After that time, you are
required to purchase the product(s)
through registration or else discontinue
its use.

You are allowed to make copies of this
software and distribute it to your
friends and co-workers, on electronic
bulletin boards, over networks, and
so on, as long as the product is not
distributed for profit (handling fees
up to $5.00 U.S.). If you distribute this
software, you agree to distribute this
installation executable which contains
the associated files together as a
group. You are not allowed to bundle
this software with other products
without prior written permission from
Deep Sea Software.


Ownership of software:

includes all the executable, help,
installation, and readme files, as well
as video files.
