  1. Fatal Racing Playable Demo

  4. This demo represents just a tiny part of the finished version which 
  5. will be released on 15th October 1995.
  6.  
  7. To install fatal racing, type "INSTALL" and follow the on-screen 
  8. instructions. After installation, type "FATAL" to run the demo from 
  9. your chosen directory. At any time, type "INSTALL" again to 
  10. re-configure your sound card.

  12. Keys
  13. ----
  14.     F3              - Change view down
  15.     F4              - Change view up
  16.     -               - Decrease screen size
  17.     +               - Increase screen size
  18.  
  19.     ESC             - Configuration menu
  20.     
  21. Use the arrow keys and RETURN in the configuration menu to select
  22. sound effect/music volume and display type (VGA/SVGA). 
  23. SVGA mode requires a VESA compatible video card.

  25. Minimum specification   486 DX2 66Mhz
  26.             4Mb RAM
  27.             12Mb Hard drive space
  28.  
  29. The complete game will include the following features:

  32.     -       Jumps, loop the loops, corkscrews
  33.     -       moving bridges, moving speed humps
  34.     -       Artificially intelligent 'brutal' computer opponents
  35.     -       Up to 16 players on a network!

  37.     -       Complete replay system with full editing controls
  38.     -       8 distinct drivable cars
  39.     -       Smoke and spark effects
