  2. ┬╖     This competition is only open to UK and Ireland residents, except 
  3.        employees of Microsoft and its agents and their families, and anyone 
  4.        else professionally connected with this promotion.

  6. ┬╖     Entrants under the age of 16 must seek the consent of a parent or 
  7.        guardian before entering this competition.
  8.  
  9. ┬╖     The competition shall run from 23rd August 2002. The closing date 
  10.        and time for receipt of entries for the weekly competitions shall be 30th
  11.        November 2002 at 12.00pm midday. The closing date and time for 
  12.        receipt of entries for the grand competition is 13th December 2002 at
  13.        12.00pm midday.

  15. ┬╖     Only one entry per household per CD type will be accepted, multiple or 
  16.        repeat entries will be rejected.

  18. ┬╖     This offer is limited to customers who purchase qualifying KelloggΓÇÖs 
  19.        Corn Flakes packs during the period of this competition.

  21. ┬╖     Only entries accompanied by the correct password will be accepted.

  23. ┬╖     All entrants who correctly complete the 10 questions on the interactive 
  24.       CD and the grand competition tie breaker on the entry form and send

  62. The winners of the weekly competition will be the five (5) entrants in that

  92. ┬╖     The winner of the grand competition will be decided on 16 December 
  93.        2002. The winner will be the entrant whose tie-breaker for the grand  
  94.        competition is, in  the opinion of the judges, the most apt and original.  
  95.        The winner of the grand competition shall win an evesham.com Axis       
  96.         Multimedia PC.

  98. ┬╖     The judges will comprise two representatives from Microsoft and one 
  99.        independent judge. The judgesΓÇÖ decision will be final and no 
  100.        correspondence will be entered into.

  102. ┬╖     The winners of each of the competitions will be notified by telephone or 
  103.        by email within 4 working days after the date the winner is decided in 
  104.        accordance with these terms.

  106. ┬╖     Responsibility cannot be accepted for those entries lost, damaged or 
  107.        delayed in transmission or post. Proof of mailing will not be accepted as  
  108.        proof of delivery.  Illegible, defaced or incomplete entries will be deemed 
  109.        invalid.Photocopies or duplications of the competition entry form will not 
  110.        be accepted.

  112. ┬╖     Prize winners may be required to participate in publicity connected with 
  113.        this promotion.

  115. ┬╖      No cash alternative is available.  Microsoft reserves the right to 
  116.        substitute any of the prizes for a prize of equal or greater value.
