  13.     This version of ADTEL is ShareWare  and is offered for the small
  14.     fee of $15.00.  You are granted  permission to use this software
  15.     free for a period of thirty  (30) days  from the first date that
  16.     you installed it on your  computer or begin using it on a floppy
  17.     disk.  Following your  30 day free trial period, you must either
  18.     purchase your  copy of this program or cease to use it.  Special
  19.     permission to  continue to use it free may be granted to certain
  20.     individuals by the author.   Payment of your fee will grant  you
  21.     a license for continued use, a copy on disk, a manual,  and free
  22.     support.   You will also be supplied one free upgrade.  Complete
  23.     license information is provided at the end of this .TXT file.

  38.     Before operating  ADTEL,  it is important that your computer has
  39.     a statement in its  CONFIG.SYS file that says  FILES=30. Without
  40.     this statement, where the file number is  30 (or greater)  ADTEL
  41.     will stop your computer,  and the message  "Too Many Open Files"
  42.     will be displayed by DOS.  If you do not have a  CONFIG.SYS file
  43.     on your computer,  consult your  DOS manual on how to write one.
  44.     DOS does not supply this file.  You must write it yourself.

  46.     Please read the complete  ADTEL-V3.TXT  file before you run this
  47.     program as it contains in addition to the above information, all
  48.     other perinent information needed to operate the software.

  112.     LICENSING INFORMATION
  113.     This program is the property of the author  and remains the sole
  114.     property of the author. However, it may be downloaded and shared
  115.     freely, without charge of any kind for a thrity (30) day period,
  116.     where it may be evaluated before registration and purchase.  If,
  117.     after the 30 day period  any user continues to use this program,
  118.     that user MUST REGISTER and PURCHASE this program, or it must be
  119.     erased from the disk.

  121.       ALL USERS MUST REGISTER THIS PROGRAM, INCLUDING ALL FREE USERS-- 
  122.     FREE USER CRITERIA IS EXPRESSED ON  PAGE 1  OF THIS MANUAL.   If

  137.     Additional conditions that apply to this software are:

  139.     1.    The program SHALL NOT be edited or changed in any way-it
  140.          may not be reverse engineered.

  142.     2.    The program MUST be copied as a complete package when it
  143.         is downloaded or distributed. The complete package means
  144.         all the files in the file listing in section II. PROGRAM
  145.         FILES MUST BE INCLUDED in the distribution.  NONE of the
  146.         listed files may be omitted.

  148.     3.    That the ADTEL-V3.TXT file is read prior to operation of
  149.          the program;  specific information  pertinent to program
  150.          operation is contained in this file.

  152.     4.    That it is fully understood and accepted that the author
  153.         assumes no liability of any sort,  no  implied liability
  154.          of any sort, from use of this program;  that the maximum
  155.         amount of liability is the full purchase price paid by a
  156.         user, which will be cheerfully refunded upon application
  157.         to the author should this software not function as it is
  158.         intended on any user's computer.

  171.     6.    Shareware and Freeware dealers may charge a nominal fee,
  172.         which shall not exceed $10.00 for duplication costs  for
  173.         the entire program.  Shareware and Freeware dealers  and
  174.         distributors  may include their name and address on  the
  175.         distribution disks, but shall not include any other type
  176.         of advertisement on the distribution disk.

  178.     7.    Shareware and Freeware dealers  MUST REGISTER  their in-
  179.         tent to distribute this program by submitting the REGIS-
  180.         TRATION FORM  to the  AUTHOR  and noting their intent to
  181.         distribute the software on the reverse side of the FORM,
  182.         with the statement:  "AS A SHAREWARE DISTRIBUTOR, WE IN-
  183.         TEND TO DISTRIBUTE THIS SOFTWARE TO THE PUBLIC AS A PART
  184.         OF OUR BUSINESS." There is NO CHARGE to any Shareware or
  185.         Freeware Distributor for providing this service.

  188.         for all to download.  Computer BBSs DO NOT have to  reg-
