  1. --- SATEQ ---  Satellite Tracking program notes.

  3.   This ZIP file may contain a downlevel version of SATKEPN.DAT. To create
  4.   a new one, use the following procedure:
  5.  
  6.    1. Download the latest NASA Prediction Bulletin from your favorite BBS.
  7.       [ Always available as NASADATA.ORB on COYnet Amateur Radio BBS - at
  8.          914-485-3393 ]
  9.  
  10.    2. Using NASAPREP.DOC as a guide, Edit SATNAMES.ORB to reflect the Birds
  11.       that you are interested in tracking (or use the one that is included
  12.       in the ZIP - contains most Ham Sats).
  13.  
  14.    3. Run NASAPREP.EXE - This will read NASADATA.ORB and create NASADATA.SAV
  15.       It will then run NASAORB.EXE to create SATKEPN.DAT.
  16.  
  17.    4. Now run SATEQ. Select option <G> to change the information about your
  18.       QTH and Callsign.
  19.  
  20.    5. Enjoy! Be sure to read SATEQ.DOC to better understand the workings of
  21.       the SATEQ Program. DOCs for NASAPREP and NASAORB are also included.
