- begin a new contest. A new log
- is created and the QSO, Section
- and Country counters are reset
- to 0.

- The previous log is renamed to
- FIELD.OLD and the QSO count,
- time and other values are saved
- in OPTFD.OLD. If these files
- already exist, you are prompted
- to erase them.
