  6.         WHAT IS:

  8.         Windows Exit Button is a tiny program, which draws a bitmap
  9.         button on the desktop, which shows an open door.  To exit
  10.         Windows, click on it with the left mouse button, the door
  11.         closes and Windows will exit.  To move it, drag it with the
  12.         right mouse button to its new position.  To see the About...
  13.         dialog, where you optionally can configure, if the Windows
  14.         Exit Button should be Always on Top, double click on it with
  15.         the right mouse button.  The position and configuration of the
  16.         Windows Exit Button are automatically saved to and retrieved
  17.         from its private profile file WINEXIT.INI.

  21.         Windows Exit Button, although copyrighted, may be distributed
  22.         freely, as long as no fee is charged for the distribution and
  23.         this file is distributed together with the program, but it may
  24.         in no way be bundled with or included into another program
  25.         without obtaining prior written permission from the author.
  26.         Windows Exit Button may be used free of charge by individuals,
  27.         schools, universities and public research institutions (the
  28.         MIT for example).  All others should contact the author for
  29.         obtaining a license after a trial period of no more than 21
