  1. Thank-you for deciding to evaluate VisualZIP Pro32!
  2.  
  3. When you execute the self-extracting archive that contained
  4. this readme file, it should have automatically started the
  5. setup procedure.  If for some reason it failed to run, you
  6. can run it manually (setup.exe) from the Temp directory
  7. that you will find alongside this readme file.
  8.  
  9. After installing VisualZIP, you can verify that it is
  10. operational by right-clicking on your desktop, and picking
  11. the "New -> VisualZIP Archive" menu.  This will create an
  12. industry-standard zip file on your desktop, which you can
  13. double-click to open.  If VisualZIP has been installed
  14. correctly, you will see its splash screen, followed by
  15. a normal folder window (empty at this point) that is the
  16. zip file itself.  Simply start dragging files and folders
  17. into it!

  19. There is also a file called Example.zip that you will find
  20. in the directory into which you installed VisualZIP during
  21. the setup process.  This file contains a word document,
  22. spreadsheet, and a directory or two that you can experiment
  23. with in order to get a feel for VisualZIP.
