  2.  Thanks for trying this software. The Find It version 1.1 is designed to
  3. perform like Find, Grep, and Diff UNIX utilities. It is a windows program
  4. and requires windows 3.1. Although it will probably work on 3.0 as well. 
  5. It requires a minimum amount of memory and is designed to be placed out of
  6. the way.
  7.  The program comes two ways. First if you get it off a BBS it will be packaged and
  8. compressed into one program called FINDIT11.ZIP. Simply use the utility PKUNZIP to
  9. unzip this into its various files. Second if you obtain a distribution disk from me
  10. the various files will be present. Simply copy all the files into the directory of
  11. your choice. Then just execute "findit.exe". All help information will be on line
  12. in the standard Microsoft windows help format. It is important to keep all the files
  13. that are distributed in the same directory. If you have any questions or comments

  16.  Please note that this version has a file called BWCC.DLL. This is a Borland* library
  17. that is required to run this program. If you do not currently have this library
  18. then copy this file to c:\windows\system.
