  26.    * 4 megabytes or more of RAM.
  27.    * 2 megabytes or more of disk space.
  28.    * VGA graphics and up.
  29.    * Windows 3.x and above.
  30.    * A copy of VBRUN300.DLL in the \WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory.

  36.    * Registered users receive the following:
  37.      1) Removal of the start-up introductory window.
  38.      2) Ability to print (with preview) any or all cards.
  39.      3) License to use ALL future releases of DigiCard.
  40.      4) Copy of the latest registered version of DigiCard promptly mailed 
  41.     to your address.
  42.      5) "Strategies for Success," a companion guide to DigiCard loaded
  43.     with helpful tips on how to boost academic and professional
  44.     performance.
  45.      6) One year free CompuServe / Internet / BBS / US Mail support.

  85. LIMITED DISTRIBUTION LICENSE

  88. The DigiCard package is defined as containing all the material listed in the
  89. distributed files section (above). If any files listed in the distributed 
  90. files section are missing, then the package is not complete and distribution 
  91. is forbidden. Please contact the author to obtain a complete package suitable 
  92. for distribution.

  94.    * The program plus all related program files and documentation (listed
  95.      in the distributed files section) CANNOT be modified in any way and
  96.      must be distributed as a complete package, without exception.
  97.      Although the author distributes DigiCard in one zip file, the
  98.      distributor may repackage DigiCard across several compressed files
  99.      to facilitate distribution or downloading.

  101.    * Individual users and nonprofit organizations are encouraged to freely
  102.      copy the DigiCard package and share it with others. 
  103.  
  104.    * No price or other compensation may be charged for the DigiCard
  105.      package. A distribution fee may be assessed for the cost of the
  106.      diskette and/or shipping and handling. The total cost per disk may
  107.      not exceed US $10.00. On-line services such as bulletin boards and
  108.      CompuServe may distribute DigiCard regardless of membership fees and
  109.      connect charges.

  111.    * Whenever DigiCard is advertised in a catalog, flyer, or any
  112.      advertising medium, the distributor is asked to send the author a
  113.      copy of the advertisement. Distributor is required to update the
  114.      author whenever the advertisement changes.
  115.  
  116.    * The person or institution receiving a copy of the DigiCard package
  117.      MUST be made aware that each disk or copy is for evaluation ONLY and
  118.      that the author has not received any royalties or payment for the
  119.      product. This requirement can be met in part or in whole by including
  120.      the complete unaltered program package.
  121.  
  122.    * The person receiving a copy of the DigiCard package MUST be made 
  123.      aware that he or she does not become a registered user until the
  124.      author has received payment for registration of the software. This
  125.      requirement can be met, in part or in whole, by including the 
  126.      complete unaltered DigiCard package.
  127.  
  128.    * The author prohibits the distribution of outdated versions of the
  129.      DigiCard package. If the version you have is over twelve (12) months
  130.      old, please contact the author for a free upgrade. This version was
  131.      released on May 1, 1994.

  133.    * Upon notification from the author, the distributor must immediately
  134.      stop selling/distributing copies of the DigiCard package.
  135.  
  136.    * U.S. Government Information: Use, duplication, or disclosure by the
  137.      U.S. Government of the computer software and documentation in this
  138.      package shall be subject to the restricted rights applicable to 
  139.      commercial computer software as set forth in subdivision (b)(3)(ii)
  140.      of the Rights in Technical Data and Computer Software clause at 
  141.      252.227-7013 (DFARS 52.227-7013). The contractor/manufacturer is
