This game is put together so well, it gave me the creeps. Folks, I am 33 years old, but at 3:00 am I was looking over my shoulder to make sure there were no zombies creeping up on me . There are only a few complaints I have with Isle of the Dead. The dialog leaves a lot to be desired. Once the dialog starts, it's on a strict track. You can't choose what to say, or how to reply. My other problem was one of the zombies. There is one of a little boy in a Boy Scout unform that runs up to you saying "Daddy, Daddy". I personally thought it was in poor taste.
