The program just needs to be told where to put itself. The interface between the GEMs and the games themselves is slick. You start Axis first, select which game you want to play, decide if the cheat keys are what you want, then run the game from inside Axis. Everything is setup for you to run the game, even the special switches some games need to know for your own computer! The only setup problem I ran into was with some of the TSRs that I normally run. I had to remove a few of them to avoid conflicts. This, also, is to be fixed for version 2. Although Axis helped me out in SWotL, I was expecting a cheat that was a little more free-form. You are limited to just the cheats that Baseline has preset for you. All that said, I found Axis a very useful cheat. - Andy Hardison - p 3
