The battles are: Heligoland Bight, Dogger Banks, Coronel, Falklands, and Jutland. Once the battle has been chosen, you need to select whose side you will play for, then what level. The levels of play are Captain of the ship, Commander of the Squadron, and Admiral of the Fleet. Once these have been chosen, the player is transported to his ship for the actual game play. Depending on the level, the player either commands just his ship or the squadron, but either way, the player must decide where to attack the enemy from This is where the game actually excels as a naval simulator. The program is set so that you can move the the ship following a true compass bearing, and aim the cannons via a different compass bearing. Only the main E:\>
