You enter the codes to actually start the game as well as save and load your game here. The bar room is filled with different characters, Wolf McGirt, The Bar Keeper, The Bouncer, Armor Al is just up the stairs, and through the side door is "The Old Man". All of these people have functions in the game. The Bartender gives you parts, for a price. The bouncer gives you money and parts, and Wolf McGirt is the resident loan shark. The old man and Armor Al are where you purchase parts and mecha. Armor Al has the combat mecha that you will use in the arena
