and in some cases vinegar and who want
to have 22 litres of vinegar (it will
last for years even for a real
vegetablefreak...). The recipe for the
beerbrewingkit may differ, but I will
explain the one that is most common.
After you have cleaned the yeastcan,
boil around 5 litres of water, pour it
into the yeastcan, add the sugar and
beerconcentrate, shake the yeastcan so
that it get mixed. Now fill up with
around 18 litres of water of normal
temperature (from your tap). When that
is done is time to add the yeast, but
make sure that the temperature is below
35 celsius degrees. Connect the heater
if you have one, but you have better to
adjust the thermostat before in another
can before you put it into your beer.
Put a clean towel over the yeastcan to
prevent dust to fall into the beer. For
those of you that want to brew without
letting your parents to know it have
better seal the yeastcan an connect a
tube to lead the carbondioxide (that
occurs with the yeastprocess) into a
solution of water and carbon, which
removes the smell of yeast that will
occur, but it will also make a bubbling
sound, you have to chose smell or noise
and I think it will be better to remove
the smell. After 2 or 3 days (if the
temperatue have been low it can take up
to a week) has the fermenting stopped,
and the bubbles in the beer are very
few. It is now ready to filled into
bottles. Bevare of shaking to yeastcan,
because the dregs will the fly up and
mix into the beer and give the beer an
awful taste,so handle the yeastcan with
care under the fermentiontime and under
bottling. Use a siphon to fill the
bottles with, because that minimize the
dregs that follows into your bottles.
Leave a few centilitres in the bottle
and pour some sugar, nearly a half
teaspoon, press on the cap, turn the
bottle up and town to mix the beer and
sugar. Place the beerbottles in a warm
place(the same temperature as while the
first fermention).Let the beer yeast in
the bottles for two weeks. Now have the
beer got the carbondioxide and is ready
to drink, but you have better to cool
the beer to a temperature of 6-8
degrees celsius, because the beer is
much tastier then. And the dregs in the
bottom of your bottles will stay in the
bottles easier when it is cold. You
shouldn't shake the bottle or the dregs
will mix with the beer.................
