DESCRIPTION
sccds2dow converts an ASCIIZ string date datestr to an integer
dayofweek. dayofweek will be a value between 0 (Sunday) and 6
(Saturday).
Date string styles:
SC_GREGOR mm/dd/yy
SC_GREGORL mm/dd/yyyy
SC_JULIAN yyyy/ddd
SC_YMD yyyymmdd
SC_DMY ddmmyy
