USAGE
   signed int sccds2day(
           signed char *dayofweek,
           signed char *daystr,
           signed int format );

PROTOTYPE IN
   sc_clock.h

DESCRIPTION
   sccds2day converts an ASCIIZ string date datestr of style
   format to an ASCIIZ string dayofweek. dayofweek will be a
   NULL terminated string Sunday ... Saturday.

   Date string styles:
   SC_GREGOR     mm/dd/yy
   SC_GREGORL    mm/dd/yyyy
   SC_JULIAN     yyyy/ddd
   SC_YMD        yyyymmdd
   SC_DMY        ddmmyy

EXAMPLE
