To streamline this process, engineers can remotely log onto your machine, using advanced software tools to analyze the system. Coverage hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. local time, Monday through Friday, excluding Silicon Graphics holidays.

PartsCare Extended Warranties
PartsCare is available as an extended warranty program with system purchases. You may purchase the PartsCare Extended Warranty for terms of one to five years.
