   GetHotKey ( cString, cMarker ) -> cHotkey

   Searches strings for a HotKey-Marker and returns the
   character, that's right behind it.


   PARAMETER:

       cZiel    String in which the marker should be searched
       cMarker  SearchByte, default = '~'


   RETURN VALUE:

       HotKey-Code as INT, otherwise 0


   GetHotKey is used in the MenuFunctions
