  MSE_Set ( nRow, nColumn, lOn ) -> lMouseStatus

  MSE_Set() positions the MousePointer on passed nRow, nColumn.
  You can also turn the Mouse on/off using this function.


  PARAMETER:

     nRow      New
     nColumn   Coordinates
     lOn       .T. Mouse on
               .F. turn Mouse off ( Default )

  RETURN VALUES:

     Old status of MSE_Show() , .T. visible / .F. hidden
