  MSE_WAIT ( lSandGlass ) -> lOldMousePointer

  Turns the MouseCursor from an Arrow to a SandGlass and vis versa.
  Default is MousePointer = Arrow, MSE_Wait(.t.) turns it into
  the SandGlass.

  Feels like Windows, ey ?

  PARAMETER:

       lSandGlass  .T.  MousePointer = SandGlass ( please wait.. )
                   .F.  MousePointer = Arrow   ( do something.. )

  RETURN VALUE:

       Old Status .T./.F.
