SAVE_MSE () -> cMouseArray

   Saves the internal MouseArray, which is set up while opening
   a Window using OpenMask().
   'Point's of Interest' for the Mouse are stored in this (binary)
   array.

   You can use Save_Mse() to save the information of these
   points, when opening a new Window via OpenMask(), this is
   important, because it will probably have different 'points
   of interest'. After closing the second Window, you can restore
   the first 'points of interest' by calling Rest_Mse.


   PARAMETERS:
   None

   RETURN VALUE:
   The MouseArray as a String ( might contain nothing !)
