   DelLine  ( nTop, nleft, nLength, nColor, lCombo ) -> .t.

   Erases the frame around Text or GET. Both, DelLine as well as OutLine
   are using the PreProcessor-Command Get As Frame ..

   PARAMETERS:
    Coordinates as in OutLine()
    nLength:   RowLength of the Frame
    nColor:    EraseColor as Clipper ColorCode
    lCombo:    LogVar .t.= Frame contains a Choice(Combo)Box
                        (Icon), which has to be erased, too
