    fAttributes()

         Returns the attributes of a file

    Syntax:

         fAttributes( cFile ) -> cAttributes

         cFile : The name of the file

    Description:

         Returns attributes of the file, H if it's a hidden file, S system,
         A archive and R read only.

    Return:

         A character value with attributes or Nil if file not found.

    Example:

         ? fAttributes ( "Fast.txt" )   // A
